Excellent stay, we loved the food, they accomodated our vegan and vegetarian diets pretty last minute with amazing, filling food, I was shocked by the amounts of vegan meat replacements! Everybody was lovely, the hotel was clean and we loved the pool. Everything well taken care of! And Elbruslandia for kids worked wonders for our son :)

Beautiful, clean and well maintained hotel with amazing spa and well equipped pool/sauna area. We spent an amazing weekend just before the end of the ski season and we were the only customers in the hotel. Nevertheless they attend us professionally, food was amazing and the views spectacular. We will definitely come back.
Love it, love it, love it. Great location, true alpine experience. The room was perfect, the food delicious. The pool area a real treat. The saunas was the best way to end the day. The parking supper easy. Fantastic place, will go back.

Second time we have costed here lovely hotel in the mountains with great views from the breakfast room. Nice hotel rooms we had a family room 3 single beds. Pool is nice for a swim and they have floats and woggles for kids. Lovely breakfast plenty to choose from. We did a day trip to Zakopane and Krakow from the hotel.
